Uzbekistan shifts locust control to 24/7 mode after outbreaks in four regions
Uzbekistan’s plant protection service has reported early Moroccan locust outbreaks in Kashkadarya, Surkhandarya, Samarkand and Jizzakh. Monitoring has intensified nationwide, while treatment is being carried out free of charge where clusters are detected.
