0% VAT to be Applied to Dehkan and Farmers on Sales of Agricultural Products.
Starting from 2026, a zero-rate VAT will be applied to dehkan shops and farmers on the sale of self-grown agricultural products (excluding grain and cotton). Following the President's instructions, proposals have been developed to bring the agricultural sector out of the "shadow economy."
